  Wow it was fabulous to have a service provided by someone who loves his job. Ben from Termin8tor Pest Management was not only very knowledgeable about the range of pests that concerned me and how to deal with them, but he was efficient, respectful, pleasant to deal with and provided me with very timely reports on the work which he carried out. Now that he has got rid of the active problems, I have added him to my calendar for an annual inspection. Thanks Ben.
