The balcony is one of the most sought after hot spots in adelaide. With a fantastic view of the beautiful Hutt Street and the City, the Balcony is a fantastic spot to impress guests. For the cooler nights we have clear alfresco blinds, which can totally encase the outdoor area, plus 2 hot infra red heaters to remove any chills that may be in the air. Inside hosts 3 seperate gas flame fire places to give the warmth in winter, plus 2 brand refridgerated air conditioning units that will cool the function area even on the hottest summer day.

Capable of catering upto 200 people the balcony has been redesigned to be totally versatile to every scenario. Most venues cabable of catering for 200 people normally look sparce when trying to cater for smaller functions of around 100. However clever, discrete modular design, allows for the room to be subtly divided into 3 seperate spaces or 1 total space allowing each function design to have it's own atmosphere. The Balcony has an amazing glass bar which is more a feature of the room rather then a ugly temporary bar, which is also functional having access to ice cold gylcol chilled tap beers, wines and spirits.

With state of the art audio/visual equipment the balcony function room can play music from CD, DVD, PC, Radio, TV or directly from iPod in wall docking station. 3 large Plasma screens are discrete located within the function area to allow total visibilty of screens from all aspects of the room. TV's can be on the same input or different inputs, depending on your needs, and can display TV, DVD or PC Input. (PC can be setup either in the function space via a wall plate to allow operator access, or behind the bar to keep it secure). Wireless Microphone is also available upon request. The Balcony Function space has also been setup with 3 speaker zones, this allows you to set music volumes for the different parts of the room. Allowing for a louder zone for dancing and a quiter zone for your guest to sit down and have a chat. Everything can be tailored to your ideal function.

The Balcony Function area also has access to it's own Female and Male bethrooms. The much needed renovation has built brand new female toilets with 4 cubicals, and the men's has been expanded to incorporate 2 cublicles and a long urinal.
