Hobart Whisky - Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky.

A family-owned distillery based in Hobart, Tasmania, with a philosophy based entirely around making whisky for us, that we love, and want to share. Established in 2014 with a first release of American oak ex-bourbon matured whisky in August 2018 during Tasmanian Whisky Week.
