  In a email complaining of ants pushing sand up between the ground and concrete floor into my bedroom ..I got told the contractors had until the 12h Feb to respond! To try to phone some one is pathetic having to sit on the phone for a hour or more for someone to respond to phone call or sit and wait for them to phone you back! For what? Department of Housing you need to start proper maintenance on your properties! instead of waiting for tenants complaints, you expect tenants to sit and wait 28 days for so called said Contractors to respond to complaint! Not good enough!
